6 green peppers 1 lb. hamburger 1/4 c. chopped onion 1-1/2 c. cooked rice 8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz 1/2 c. chopped tomato
Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Parboil 5 minutes and drain. Brown meat and onion. Combine with rice, 3/4 c. Cheese Whiz, and tomato. Place peppers in baking dish; fill with meat mixture. Cover and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
