2c oatmeal
2c flour
1 1/2c brown sugar packed
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4c butter (2 1/2 sticks)

Topping:
1c chocolate chips
1c caramel (Mrs Richards)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and butter well with mixer. Grease and flour a 13x9" baking pan. Pour a little more then 1/2 of mixture into pan, push down until even. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Drizzle caramel over chocolate chips evenly. Put remaining batter on top and softly pat it. Bake for another 20 minutes at 350. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to cool. Cut into squares.
