2 tablespoons hot water
3 ounces of unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 egg slightly beaten
4 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 tsp. rum extract

Directions:
Blend sugar and hot water into chocolate. Beat half of the egg into the chocolate mixture; then beat the remaining egg. Beat in butter a tablespoon at a time. Add rum extract. Frosting will be thin at this point, so place in a bowl of ice water and beat until spreading consistency. If desired add 1/2 cups chopped walnuts.
