9" graham cracker crust
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
3 or 4 oz key lime juice (depending on taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and egg yolks at slow speed. Slowly add juice, mixing until well blended. Pour into 9" graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate overnight or if preferred, pie may be baked at 350 for 12- 15 minutes. Top with whipped cream or meringue.
