2 pounds ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can Rotel
1 package corn tortillas
1 pound grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in large skillet; add canned ingredients and simmer. Layer in a greased 9 x 13 dish ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
