8 slices bacon
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Fry bacon slices crisp; drain and crumble. Mix other ingredients (also adding the bacon drippings) to form a sauce. Add bacon crumbles to this also. Place salted and peppered chicken in a baking dish. Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake for about 3 hours; uncover the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
Tip: This is very good with wild/brown rice.
