1 c creamy peanut butter
1 c sugar
1 extra-large egg, lightly beaten
1 t baking soda
2 T minced peanuts
1/4 c mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix in a bowl the peanut butter, sugar, baking soda, and egg until well blended. Stir in peanuts and chocolate chips.
Roll tablespoons of dough into 24 balls. Using a fork, make a crosshatch pattern on each cookies. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer the cookies to a rack to cool.
