CRUST:
1 -1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine all ingredients and press into bottom of
9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 15 min.

FILLING:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (from 8-oz. container)

Blend together and spread on cooled crust.

TOPPING:
2 pkg. INSTANT lemon pudding mix
3 c. cold milk

Mix together. Let stand a few minutes -- then
spread over cheese filling.

Cover w/remaining whipped topping. Garnish
w/chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into
sqs. to serve (can be put into individual cupcake
liners.
Also can use chocolate pudding or at
Christmas try pistachio pudding w/cherry on top.
