1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 can cream soup, your choice
1/4 c. minced onions
1/2-3/4 soup can of water
1 egg slightly beaten
2 TB. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt. Shape into about 24 balls. In skillet brown meatballs, pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water and parsley. Cover. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir often.

These meatballs are what Grandma always made and they are "really good". The browner you brown them the darker and yummier the gravy. I always serve with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.
