2 lb. ground chuck or lamb
1 med. chopped onion
1 T. chopped garlic
1 T. chopped fresh thyme
1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
pinch of ground nutmeg
2 t. worcestershire sauce
2 cooked carrots-cut into bite size pieces
1/4 c. frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
5 c. mashed potatoes
1-10 oz. jar Heinz beef gravy
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. salt
2 T. chopped fresh parsley

Cook onion until half done-set aside. Cook ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, add onions, gravy, soup mix, thyme, rosemary, nutmeg, peas, corn, carrots and cook 5 minutes.
Mash potatoes with the water they are cooked in-do not get them too thin. In a 2 - 3 quart baking dish, spray with Pam. Pour meat and vegetables into pan, top with potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes with paprika and parsley.
Bake at 350--25 to 30 minutes
