1 cup flour
1 tbs sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups milk
6 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add the milk, then eggs, then oil & vanilla. Blend together with electric blender. Serve with whatever you can think of! Sweet: powdered sugar, strawberries, nutella, whipped cream. Non-sweet: peppers, mushrooms, cheese.

Crepes are a Pincock family favorite!! I like mine with just butter and powdered sugar and rolled up.
