8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crushed peanuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in mixer until smooth.

Hint: To keep apples from turning brown, place them in a bowl of cold salt water.
