2 dozen cucumbers or pickles cut fine
1 qt green tomatoes, seeded
1 qt onions
3 red peppers
3 green peppers

Dressing:
2-1/2 c sugar
1 c flour
6 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp tumeric
salt to taste
2 qt vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the vegetables and sprinkle with the salt. Let stand over night. In the morning scald in the same water until tender. Then drain well.

Dressing:
Mix all dressing ingredients together and cook until mixture thickens. Mix together with vegetables and cook 20 minutes.
