2 quarts dandelion blossoms
4 quarts boiling water
1 lemon
2 oranges
3 lb sugar
1/2 yeast cake

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over blossoms and let stand 24 hours. Strain. Slice oranges and lemon and add to the juice. Boil 15 minutes and strain. Add sugar while hot. Cool. When lukewarm, add the yeast and put in bottles to ferment.
