4-5 medium-sized potatoes cut into 1-inch chunks. 1 T butter
2 T olive oil
1 T garlic salt
2 T sour cream
2 t Dijon Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Peel and cut potatoes.
Melt butter and oil in a medium saute pan and add potatoes. Cook potatoes until just tender, about 15 minutes. Remove potatoes from heat.
Mix together sour cream and Dijon mustard and toss with potatoes. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to gratin pan and roast for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes begin to crisp and brown. Serve immediately.
