1 tsp salt
2 T paprika
scant tsp baking powder
4 cups water
1 cup salad oil
4 eggs
flour (enough to make batter the consistency of pancakes, about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups)
sherry to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Salt pieces of fish, dip into batter and drop into heated oil till golden brown.
