2 1/4 c. shortening
2 c. peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 tbsp. vanilla
6 c. flour
1 1/3 tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, add peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla Mix until blended. Mix dry ingredients together, then add creamed mixture. Mix well.
If desired add 3 cups peanuts. Dip with # 40 ice cream scoop; press once with fork. Bake 10-12 mins. at 350
