1 pound pork sausage
1 (8 count) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375. Cook sausage until browned, drain well. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press to seal over the bottom and up sides to form a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes; top with cheese. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
