Corn meal
Water (you can use soup broth for more flavour if you wish)
3 parts water to 1 part corn meal
Mozzarella cheese
9 by 9 baking dish

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the liquid to a boil. Stir in corn meal in a smooth steady stream. Reduce heat while continuing to stir. Cook for 10 min or so. When it reaches a thick porridge-like consistency pour half into the baking dish, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then pour in remainder and sprinkle again with grated mozzarella.
