1 c celery chopped
1 c onion chopped
1 stick margarine
2 heads chopped broccoli
1 c minute rice
8 oz cheese whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ onions and celery in margarine.
Cook broccoli and drain.
In a large bowl mix uncooked rice, cooked broccoli, cheese whiz, soups, mushrooms, & sauteed onions and celery, plus remainder of margarine.
Place in baking casserole and bake at 350║ for 30 min.

Note: You can vary the amount of ingredients. eg. add more mushrooms (if you like) or more cooked broccoli. You may have to add additional cheese etc.
Remember if you add more rice you need to add more fluids in the way of soup or wine or water.
