1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
10 baby carrots, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute the vegetables in olive oil in a pan until soft, about 20 minutes.
2. Place vegetables in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Place pureed vegetables in ice cube trays and freeze.
4. Once frozen, place cubes in a zip lock bag and keep in freezer.
5. When cooking add frozen vegetable cubes to sauces, chilies,spaghetti, baked ziti, soups and bottled tomato sauces.
