chopped Cabbage
sliced celery
roast pork (diced)
chopped scallions
water chestnuts (diced fine)
ginger (chopped fine)
soy sauce
hoisin sauce
bamboo shoots
egg rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in wok; add ginger. Add pork,cabbage, celery, soy, scallions, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, hoisin. Empty water that accumulates. Spread on plate and cool. Roll up in egg roll wrapper & deep fry.
