1 C rice
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 C chopped onions
1/2 C chopped celery
1/4 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or steam fresh broccoli
(2 heads then chop up)
1/4 C pimento (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on package. Add soup and cheese to hot rice. Saute chopped onion and celery in butter. Pour boiling water over frozen broccoli and drain. Add pimento and broccoli to saute mixture. Add to rice. Place in casserole dish and cook in oven until bubbles at 350 for 30 minutes.
