1 & 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas
1/2 c. sour cream
about 1 c. milk chocolate chips
a mixture of cinnamon/sugar

Directions:

Grease the bread pan with a non-stick spray and then dust all around it with a cinnamon/sugar mixture. (This keeps the bread from sticking but also gives a sweet edging.)
Cream the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Add the sour cream
Add bananas
Add flour, soda, and salt
Beat until well-blended

Bake at 350 for about an hour. I usually tin-foil the top of it and take off the tin-foil after 45 minutes.. .
