Crust:
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup oleo
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Topping:
1 bag Kraft caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the crust and put 1/2 in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.and bake at 350 for 6 minutes. While baking, melt the caramels and evaporated milk in the microwave. Stir often. When crust is done, take out and pour caramel mix over. Top with chocolate chips, nuts, and the other half of crust that you did not bake.

The top brownie mix will not spread. I just dot it on and it spreads out some while baking.
