1 baked pie shell

2 T. butter
3 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolk
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add rhubarb and sugar. Cook until tender. Mix sugar, cornstarch, eggs, milk, c.starch and salt. Add to rhubarb and cook until thick. Cool and pour into cooked shell

meringue is 5 T sugar and 3 egg whites if you wish
