Lemon juice 1tbsp

Medium unsweetened coconut 1 1/2 cups
Finely chopped pitted dates 1 cup
Quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant) 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp

Directions:
mash bananas and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth. Add remaining 5 ingredients. Stir until moistened. drop by 2 tsp onto a greased baking sheet. Bake on center rack at 325 for 30 min until dry and golden.
