You may have noticed there is not much fish in this book. That is because I like fish fresh and simple! Bar B Q it with Olive oil, salt, pepper lemon and garlic. Or rub some garlic spiked mayonnaise on it. The Bar B Q will cook off the mayo leaving the fish moist and flaky. Saute it lightly with garlic and butter. Don't over cook your fish, take it off as soon as the center turns just white. A fresh tropical relish on the side is always good. Remember KISS = Keep It Simple Stupid! I had fish once marinated in teriyaki sauce and really I
couldn't tell if I was eating Teriyaki Tuna or Teriyaki Sponge.
