1 lb. large mushrooms 2 T. butter 1/3 c. sour cream 1 T. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley Dash - lemon jc. Dash - cayenne
Saute mushrooms in butter. Combine sour cream, flour, salt, pepper in saucepan. Cook over low heat. Stir until it comes to boil. Spoon over mushrooms (in casserole). Top w/cheese, parsley, lemon jc., cayenne. Bake @ 350º 12-15 min. until sauce is bubbly and cheese melted.
