2-4 c. powdered sugar 6 oz. choc chips 12 oz. evaporated milk 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla
In a large sauce pan, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Gradually mix in the sugar and milk. Increase heat to boil. Cook and stirring constantly 5-8 mins. Remove from heat and then stir in vanilla. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
