6 cup sliced cucumbers 1 cup sliced Green Pepper 1 cup sliced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and soak in Ice Water for 2 hours. Drain for 1 Hour. Mix 3 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups vinegar 4 tsp salt and pour over cucumbers. Mix and put into jars. These will keep in the refrigerter for 1 year.

I let the sugar and vinegar set about a hour, stir several times to disolve the sugar. I have had a lot of comliments my pickles and they are easy to make.
