1 1/4 cup flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margerine
1-8oz. cool whip
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding
1-8oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, marg. and nuts and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 in. pan. Bake @ 350 for 18-22 minutes. Cool. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and sugar until creamy then fold in 1/2 of the cool whip. Carefully spread on cooled crust. In large bowl beat pudding and milk on medium speed till thick, about 5 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer and spread with remaining cool whip. Top with shaved chocolate or your favorite candy bar if you like.

This is my all-time favorite dessert. You can make it so many different ways with any flavor pudding, butterscotch, vanilla, chocolate, even lemon or pistacio! The trick is get the crust nice and brown! YUM YUM!
