1 qt water
1 qt vinegar
1/2 c pickling salt
Carrots, cleaned and cut to bite-size pieces
Fresh dill
Garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, vinegar and pickling salt.
Let cool.
In sterilized jars place carrots, dill and peeled garlic cloves.
Cover with brine and seal.

Two batches of brine makes 24 250 ml jars of dilled carrots.
