1 clove Garlic
1 Onion
1 lb. Hamburger
2 cans Tomato Paste
1 4 oz. can Mushrooms, undrained
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Oregano
2 1/2 c. Water
1/2 tsp. Basil
12 oz. Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Cottage Cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown garlic, onion and hamburger in 2 T. fat. Add tomato paste, mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano, water and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook 12 oz. lasagna noodles. Put 1/2 sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 lb. cottage cheese, 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Pour rest of sauce over layers. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hour. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
