1 lb. Ground Beef
2 T. Onion, minced
1 to 2 T. Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2/3 c. (7 oz. can) Mushrooms
1 can Vegetable Beef Soup
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, onion, parsley flakes and garlic powder. Stir in salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup. Simmer 15 minutes. Blend in the sour cream and milk. Place in an 8 1/2 x 11-inch dish.

Sift into a bowl: 1 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. celery seed, 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cut in 1/4 c. shortening. Add 3/4 c. milk. Stir only until moist.
Drop by teaspoonful onto meat mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. poppy seed. Bake at 475 for 15-20 minutes.
