"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
1 lb ground beef, 1 package shredded cabbage, 1 package shredded carrot, salt and pepper, garlic powder, 1 package egg roll wrap, 1 egg, oil (for frying),
Brown the ground beef with the salt and pepper and garlic powder. In a LARGE bowl put the cabbage and carrots and add ground beef on top. Mix together and let stand for 15 minutes so it will soften and roll easily. Heat oil for frying. Follow manufacturer's instructions. Crack an egg into a small bowl to make a wash for sealing the wraps. Add about 1-2 tsp of the meat mixture and wrap according to package instructions. Cook about 2-3 at a time until they are blonde in color. Drain on paper towels. Serve with whatever sauce you prefer!İRecipezaar
