1 lb. Hamburger
Potatoes, sliced
Onions, sliced
Carrots, sliced
Peas
1/3 c. Minute Rice, uncooked,
Celery, diced
Salt & Pepper
1 can Cream of Tomato Soup
1 can Water

Directions:
Directions:
In the bottom of a casserole, place 1/2 of slightly browned hamburger. Then add the following: 1 layer potatoes, 1 layer onions, 1 layer carrots, 1 layer peas, rice, 1 layer celery, 1 layer hamburger, salt & pepper to taste, soup and water. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, covering for first 30 minutes and then uncovering for last 30 minutes.
