2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
3 eggs
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
4 TB. flour
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook spinach. Beat eggs separately. Fold all ingredients together. Bake in greased casserole dish for 1 hour.
