1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 oz. can Chow Mein Noodles
6 1/2, 7, or 9 1/4 oz. can Tuna
1 c. Celery, sliced
1/2 c. Cashews
1/4 c. Onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and 1/4 c. water. Add 1 c. noodles, tuna, celery, cashews, onion and toss lightly. Place in ungreased 10x6x1 1/2-inch dish. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Garnish with mandarin oranges. To double recipe: Bake 25 minutes.

This is a tasty casserole, and it's difficult to tell the meat is tuna.
