Ingredients:  
Crust- 50 Ritz crackers 3/4 Cup sugar, and 1/2 Cup melted butter. Save 1/3 Cup of crumbs for top, spread the rest in a 9x13 pan

Filling- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2- 11oz. cans of mandarin oranges drained, 1- 6oz. can of frozen orange juice thawed, 1- 8oz. container of cook whip thawed.

Mix all ingredients well and pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 Cup of crumbs on top and refrigerate until set.
