2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 lb bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled (2/3 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Line 12 med. muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bacon, just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in cheese and bacon. Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake at 400 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
