Clean and carefully pull the stem out of the mushrooms. Mix the cream cheese and bacon bits together. Stuff the mushrooms with the cream cheese and bacon filling. Place them in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 20- 30 minutes at 350º, uncovered.
