1 1/2 lb mild cheddar cheese
2/3 C Miracle Whip salad dressing
7 oz jar pimentos, diced
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grind/grate cheddar cheese. Mix cheese and all ingredients in bowl. Allow to refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
