Meatballs:
1 lb. turkey burger or hamburger
1/2 C dry bread crumbs
1/4 C milk
2 T onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
Sweet & Sour Sauce:
1/2 C brown sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 can (13 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks (undrained)
1/3 C vinegar ( I use just a little less)
1 T soy sauce
1 small green pepper, chopped

Directions:

Meatballs:
Mix ingredients, shape into balls. Cook over medium heat, turning till browned. About 20 minutes.
Sauce:
Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over browned meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes. Add water as needed to desired consistency.
Serve over cooked rice.
