2 - 16 oz. penne pasta 1 lb. regular Italian sausage 1 lb. hot Italian sausage 2 large jars Ragu spaghetti sauce (or your favorite sauce) 1 or 2 jars of your favorite white sauce (I used Classico Alfredo) 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine cooked pasta, cooked sausage and spaghetti sauce in roasting pan. Drizzle white sauce over this.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Bake another 15 minutes.
