2 cans Pillsbury Crusty French loaf - bake according to package
or Pepperidge Farm French Bread Twin Pack
Spicy Ranch Dressing

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup garlic herb seasoned bread crumbs
1 package taco seasoning
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro - can omit and use a salsa w/cilantro
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. chunky salsa - can use a cilantro salsa
1 tsp. hot sauce

Preheat to 350. Spread oil in bottom of 13x9" glass baking dish. Place taco seasoning in large bowl and add remaining meatball ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1" balls; place in baking dish. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes, Turning once halfway through baking, until 160. Remove from oven.

Cut open bread. Build and dress subs with your desired "taco toppings (lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, taco sauce, etc.)" and spicy ranch dressing.
