1/2 box jumbo shells, cooked
8 oz. ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (1/2 in cheese mixture)
1 egg
1/2 lb. bulk sausage - browned & drained - use 1/2 in cheese & 1/2 in sauce
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Mix ricotta cheese, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzarella, egg and half of drained sausage.

Put it in the individual shells (you may not use all the shells). Pour some sauce on the bottom of a square baking dish and place the filled shells on top of the sauce.

Spoon remaining sauce on top, mix in the remaining sausage.

Top with 1 cup mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.

Bake at 350 until cheese melts and starts to brown (30-40 minutes)
