8 cups popped corn (about 1/3 cup unpopped) 1 1/2 oz can shoestring potatoes (1 1/2 cups) 1 7-oz jar dry roasted mixed nuts 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
Combine popcorn, shoestring potatoes, nuts and cheese. Stir together butter and seasonings. Pour over popcorn mixture. Toss to mix. Makes about 11 cups.
