Ingredients:  
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 medium orange, cut into eighth inch pieces
1 cup sugar
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup chopped candied ginger, or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Put pineapple juice and orange in blender and blend until orange rind is in small pieces. Put mixture in saucepan, add sugar, cranberries, raisins, and ginger and mix well. Cook and stir until mixture is as thick as desired (15 - 20 minutes). Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Mix well and chill. Yield: 3 1/2 cups
