Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
2 T. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2T. flour
1 c. milk
2 egg whites
Juice and rind of 1 lemon or orange

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400 oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until a knife inserted will come out clean.
